Woman With Beautiful Breasts

after the sculpture by Joan Miró

Pricked with a fondu-fork and
cast in bronze,
her asp liplessness, scored into her bun noggin
on boney tines,
reflect the moony “what” of womanhood.

Her bosom — primal shield
of succulent seductress, squared and no
more jutting than a fat apron,
this anti-Willendorf
bares one swollen breast-bud scored of real clay,
the other, a well suckled Ur
teat over a belly-bereft pudendum
dried in the change and ground down
from too much fingering.
