Kelly Cherry

Kelly Cherry is the author of 24 books, 10 chapbooks, and 2 translations of classical drama. Her most recent book is Twelve Women in a Country Called America: Stories. She was the poet laureate of Virginia in 2010. She is the Eudora Welty Professor Emerita of English and Evjue-Bascom Professor Emerita in the Humanities at University of Wisconsin Madison.
